About the role
You are the spider in the web regarding the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. Regularly, you conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations.
Collaboration and support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the residence's group leaders who are responsible for the care staff. Our group leaders also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.
Clear routines
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easily applicable routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.
As a new nurse with us, you participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure that you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into the work and our routines.

Your experience and knowledge
You are a licensed nurse and we prefer that you have worked a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-ill and it requires that you have both comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
